I’m Lorell Creel, and I serve as the Receptionist here. With a background in customer service, I am dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who reaches out to us. My primary role is to assist clients in getting in contact with their agents and managing their payments efficiently.
I am known for being hardworking, and I strive to ensure that every client interaction is smooth and productive. I believe that a positive first impression sets the tone for a great client experience.
In my personal time, I love to read. Diving into a good book is one of my favorite ways to relax and explore new worlds. I enjoy sharing book recommendations and discussing my latest reads with friends and colleagues.
